Who we are
This website is operated by AaryaITS Information Technology Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Our role: controller and processor
When you visit this website or send us an enquiry, we decide what happens to that data, so we are the controller of it.
When we design, host or maintain a website for a client, personal data collected by that website is processed on the client's instructions and under our agreement with them: there the client is the controller and we are the processor. We use that data only to run and support the site we were engaged to build, and never for our own purposes. If you are a visitor to a client's website and want to exercise a right over your data, the client is the right place to ask; we will help them answer you.
What we collect
- What you type into a form. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the service you are interested in, and the project details you describe. The forms are the only place this site asks you for anything.
- What is recorded with each submission. The IP address and the browser user-agent string the request arrived with. We record these to limit automated abuse of the forms, not to build a profile of you.
- What we do not collect. There are no accounts, no login, no comments and no payment details on this site.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording on this site.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived technical cookie while you browse, used for bot protection. It carries no personal data about you.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- to keep a record of what was asked for and what we quoted;
- to keep the forms usable by blocking automated submissions.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and using a form does not put you on a marketing list.
Spam screening without a third party
The forms carry a hidden field and a timing check. Both are evaluated by our own enquiry handler: there is no CAPTCHA, no reCAPTCHA and no third-party service involved in screening what you submit.
Where your data is held, and where it goes
In our own database, on servers we operate, and at our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which delivers this site and terminates the connection. When we are notified of your enquiry by email, that notification is carried by the email delivery provider we use. Only the people who need to answer you can read the enquiry.
Those providers may process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own security commitments. Where personal data moves out of India, or out of the UK or EEA, we rely on the contractual protections our providers offer and we choose providers we can hold to them. We do not transfer your data to anyone else.
How we protect it
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you. The site is served over HTTPS, the database sits on servers we control, we keep the software patched, and the forms are screened against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while we are dealing with your request, and afterwards as a record of the quotes we have given. We do not keep them longer than we need to, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Legal disclosures
We may have to disclose personal data to comply with the law: to a regulator, a court, or law enforcement, where we are legally required to and only to the extent required. If we are ever part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal data may transfer as part of that, and this policy would continue to apply to it until it is replaced.
AI and data protection
We use AI tooling in our own work, and some plans include AI usage. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not send it to an AI provider except to carry out the work you asked for, through providers whose terms exclude training on their inputs and outputs. We do not sell, share or lease your personal data to AI providers.
Where a project involves AI features in your own product, we agree in writing what data is processed and where before it is built.
Your rights in India
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted a form. Write to[email protected] and we will act on it, aiming to answer within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Your rights in the UK and the EU
If you are in the UK or the European Union, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. Where we process your data because you asked us for a quote or a service, we do so to take steps towards a contract with you; otherwise we rely on your consent or on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping our records.
You can complain to your local supervisory authority at any time: the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the equivalent body in your EU member state. We would rather you came to us first, and we will not penalise you for either.
Your rights in California
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address), commercial information (the services you enquired about), internet or network activity (your interaction with this site), and professional information (the business you work for). We collected them from you, when you used a form or wrote to us, and we use them for the purposes described above.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to know what we hold, to request a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Write to[email protected]; we will respond within 45 days, and we will not sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
Children
This is a business website. The forms are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and material changes are described here rather than hidden in a new version.
