These terms
These terms cover the work we do for you: web design, WordPress and Bricks builds, SEO, e-commerce and the plans described on ourpricing page. Where a written quote or a plan differs from this page, the quote or plan wins for that project.
Quotes, price and scope
We quote in writing before work starts: a fixed price, what that price covers, and a delivery date. Anything not in that written scope is a change, and we will quote it separately before starting it. If we cannot do something you ask for, we say so rather than bill for it.
What we need from you
- prompt access to the content, accounts, hosting and domain the work needs;
- feedback at the points we ask for it, so the delivery date holds;
- confirmation that you have the right to use any material you send us, such as text, images, logos and data.
Payment
The price, the payment schedule and the delivery date are set out in the written quote for the project, and that quote forms part of these terms. Where a project runs on a monthly plan, the plan price is the one shown on our pricing page at the time you start.
Ownership
When a project is paid for in full, the design and content we produced for it are yours. Tools, libraries and third-party components keep their own licences. We ask your permission before showing your project as a sample of our work: we do not publish a client's name or work without it.
Third-party services
Most projects use third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways and AI providers. Those are governed by their own terms and carry their own charges, which the quote sets out. We are not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing its service.
Plans, support and changes
After launch, support and changes follow the plan you are on, and each plan's inclusions are listed on our pricing page. Work outside the plan is quoted as a change before it starts.
What we will not do
We will not build anything unlawful or deceptive, write claims a business cannot stand behind, or misrepresent a client's results. That holds even when we are asked to.
Liability
We do the work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We do not guarantee search rankings, third-party uptime, or results that depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law.
Ending an engagement
Either of us can end an engagement in writing. If that happens, you pay for the work done up to that point and we hand over what has been produced for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The terms that apply to a project are the ones in force when its quote was accepted.
